I would definitely return to BackMarket because of the options and guarantees that it offers. Should have been an option on my part not a necessity So besides my initial cost, I invested an additional $125. I took a guess and gamble vs.returning it (due to an immediate need for a computer). The HD had obviously deteriorated and should have been replaced within the criteria of 'refurbishment'. 8GB RAM should certainly be sufficient in a basic use of a Mac.
